đť THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support - EN & FR for an international project in the banks sector.
đ YOUR DAY TO DAY
⢠Ensure the proper functioning of the platform, its maintainability, and its scalability
⢠Respond to incidents and ad hoc requests for change of the business by ensuring the required development phases (configuration, unit tests)
⢠Manage version upgrades of its application scope (middleware, base, etc.)
⢠Ensure application SLA objectives (time of availability, incident processing time, etc.)
⢠Update documentation
⢠Provide quality user support to the business
⢠Respect and implement standards: engineering rules, safety standards.
⢠Propose optimizations and efficiency gains
⢠Apply obsolescence management plan guidelines
⢠Organize and synthesize communications to the different stakeholders
⢠Participate in platform evolutions and business projects
đĄ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
⢠5 years experience
⢠Knowledge of system architecture
⢠Knowledge of SQL, Shell, OS
⢠Risk Identification and monitoring
⢠Coordination of stakeholders
⢠Analysis, logic and critical thinking for design and support incident management
⢠Ability to synthesize
⢠Planned initiative and pedagogy
⢠Ability to plan and prioritize work
⢠Rigor and responsiveness
⢠Excellent interpersonal skills
⢠Fluency in English and French
