•  Oversee and manage change initiatives of varying complexity and risk, ensuring the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization - Expert
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational changes - Expert
• Deliver excellent stakeholder service, maintain effective communication, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to exceeding expectations. Build and sustain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders - Expert
• Ensure all change management and communication activities are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives and oversee their successful implementation - Expert
• Contributes to the construction of dashboards for changes monitoring and performs the defined actions to improve the service;
• Ensures and keeps updated procedures or documentation related to the function - Expert
