💻 THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst for an international project in the banks sector.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Monitor the production of night treatments
• Conduct incident and anomaly analysis and follow the issues until resolution with Kelia provider
• Perform pre-deployment correction tests and to accompany production deployments
• Main contact for technical user support
• Ensure the execution of quarterly and yearly accounting closings
• Project business needs into a computerised solution
• Carry out the impact assessment (deliverable specifications), based on the expression of need (JIRA sheet) and under the guidance of the Application Manager
• Monitor developments and make the necessary settings in Kelia
• Take part in the validation of the test book and prepare transfer to production
• Analyze and correct deficiencies during the warranty phase.

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluency in french
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Prior experience with Kelia software is mandatory
• Knowledge in MS Office and JIRA
• Very Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong communication skills for user support
