💻 THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a ServiceNow Admin and Developer for an international project in the banks sector.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development.
  • Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
  • Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code.                                            
  • Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.
  • Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, AngularJS to meet the Business requirements.
  • Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.                                           
  • Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
  • Performs system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
  • Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data. 
💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Computer Science or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Developer                              
  • ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologies                                   
  • ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM preferred but not required          
  • Fluency in English
  • Collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information.                                           
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.                                        
  • Ability to take pragmatic decisions in a changing world, in consistency with the strategic view.                                
  • Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
