- IT production and administration systems (Linux, Windows, network architecture, VPN, and firewalls)
- ITIL knowledge – Major Incident Management (must know)
- Change Management & Problem management (how the processes can be related is a plus)
- Fluent in English and French
- Good Communication
- Stress resistant and leadership (in case of crisis cell)
- Risk identification and follow-up
- Systematic, critical, and logical thinking
- Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
