 💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a RPA Configurator (CDC) for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Ensures Sprint planning, participates to Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Leads the analysis, design, development, and testing of RPA processes from a technical RPA perspective
• Performs process automation configuration
• Ensures an active communication and agile development with Business functions representatives/Business analyst within the Squad
• The individual will need to be able to multi-task and set his own priorities
• Be aware of deadlines and ensure timely delivery at all times
• Develop and maintain an understanding of business processes
• Develop a mastery of Blue Prism software
• Ensure configuration prerequisites are gathered to make sure delivery of automation process will be aligned with deadline set
• Enforce RPA standards, including implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong practice of RPA technologies
• Knowledge of business process mapping
• Experience in developing and testing software
• A minimum of 6 months hands on experience programming with automation software
• The role requires a methodical mind-set with ability to convert requirements in realistic workloads and planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business functions representatives and Squad Business analysts
• Correct written and verbal communication skills required with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
• Blue Prism Accredited
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in French (Desirable)
