We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst (SCD - ASP) for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Business Profile Management (Creation, Modification, Deletion)
- Updating Business Profiles following reorganizations
- Compliance of business profiles
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of Service Now repositories used by TOR (applications, functional profiles, rights, mailboxes, shared directories, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function)
- Be sensitive to the management of information systems security
- Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator)
- Master remote work tools (Teams)
- Be autonomous in the organization and planning of one's activity
- Fluency in French, both oral and written, in order to be able to build an argument and hold meetings
- Ability to coordinate multiple actors to solve a complex problem or find a solution to a problem
- Analytical capacity
- Have a culture of quality and rigor
- Have knowledge of Active Directory.
- Management of shared directories, notions of law
- Knowledge of the AGILE method
