💻 THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Webfactory Support Engineer.

💡 YOUR DAY TO DAY                                             

• Coordinate workflows and perform level 1 operational tasks, such as website management, responding to user requests, and incident management.
• Responsible for the multilingual communication bridge (English and French required, Portuguese is a plus) between stakeholders, users, and the technical team.
• Ensure alignment between user requests, team priorities, and technical requirements.

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar field;
• Experience with Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• Infrastructure and Hosting: Microsoft Azure, DNS Management (Nameshield);
• CMS: WordPress (PHP);
• Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);
• Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);
• Additional skills: SEO, GDPR, and data privacy;
• ITIL certification (nice to have);
• Good knowledge of English and Frech (spoken and written);
• Ambition to exceed personal capabilities and grow;
• Ability to adapt to new contexts;
• Teamwork orientation;
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
• Interpersonal communication;
• Proactive attitude in problem-solving.
