 💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT OPS for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog.                                                    
• Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices.                                                       
• Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions.                                         
• Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision.                                         
• Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition.                                               
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.)                  

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in IT Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in steering and managing production operations.
• Familiarity with IT risk management and cyber security principles.
• Proven coordination and motivation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
• Capability to delegate tasks appropriately and manage responsibilities across teams.
• Possesses systematic, critical, and logical thinking to address complex problems.
• Excellent summarization skills, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Highly committed, with a demanding yet pedagogical approach to team development and success.
