● Threat Modeling & Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive threat modeling sessions and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in the evolving system architecture. Assess architectural designs for security risks and provide actionable recommendations for mitigation.
● Security Advisory & Best Practices Promotion: Provide continuous security advisory to all relevant program streams, ensuring security best practices and compliance standards are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle. Promote a culture of security awareness, ensuring that security requirements are considered at all stages of development and implementation.
● Security Architecture Review & Assessment: Perform ongoing security reviews and assessments of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with established security frameworks, guidelines, and best practices. Validate the security posture of system designs and recommend enhancements as necessary.
● Documentation & Reporting: Generate detailed security documentation, including recommendations, risk reports, and security status updates. Produce regular (weekly and monthly) security progress reports to program stakeholders, detailing objectives, risks, mitigations, and the effectiveness of implemented security controls.
● Follow-up on Mitigations: Track and monitor the implementation of security mitigations, ensuring that identified risks are addressed appropriately within the program. Work closely with the program team to validate the effectiveness of implemented security measures and ensure continuous improvement.
● Service Management & Program Reporting: Ensure the effective management of security tasks across multiple program streams, aligning priorities with overall program goals. Deliver regular reports on service objectives, progress, and outcomes in a timely and organized manner, ensuring alignment with broader program reporting schedules (weekly and monthly).

● Expertise in threat modeling, risk assessments, and security architecture.
● Effective teamwork across diverse program streams.
● Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, including finance applications, Linux (RedHat) on-premise environments, Microsoft Windows Server environments, Openshift/Kubernetes pods, AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
● Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
● Familiarity with identity management solutions (Cyberark, Sailpoint, Active Directory, Okta, PAM).
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables across different program streams in a highly organized and efficient manner.
● Strong communication skills to ensure clear, structured reporting on security progress, risks, and mitigations, delivered on a regular cadence (weekly and monthly).
● Fluent in English.
