💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Senior Application Support for a national project;
🙂YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
- Design, write, and correct scripts using shell linux
- Practical knowledge of change, incident & problem management tools (ServiceNow, GITlab, ANSIBLE...)
- Investigate and resolve issues in the short term (workaround / setting up procedure) and longer term (participate to the definition of proper fix)
- On-call duty (when needed) on weekends, nights, etc
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Shell scripting
- Good overall IT knowledge
- Fluency in English
