- Current business processes maintenance and enhancement
- Ensure that all relevant events and issues are recorded and resolved in timely manner
- Technical monitoring and control of the applications - Expert
- Incident management, problem, request and change management - Practice
- Functional & technical support of in-scope applications - Expert
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving and communicating the production events to end users and stakeholders - Expert
- Delivering the production changes - Practice
