 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Technical Production Support for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY                        

• Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform to ensure stability and optimal performance;
• Build and enhance monitoring tools to prevent and quickly resolve issues;
• Deploy production changes with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining platform integrity;
• Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements;
• Manage incidents, including detailed analysis and reporting, to maintain high service levels.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Strong application support background;
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux core skills and network technologies;
• Knowledge of network technologies and protocols (specifically TCP and UDP);
• Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl for scripting, any other programming language, e.g. C, C++, Java);
• Experience with SLog management (Splunk, ELK, Gray log, Loki), and network monitoring (Corvil);
• Familiarity with SQL and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Maria DB, KDB/q);
• Knowledge of messaging (Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka);
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana;
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).
