RPA Technical Support Analyst

💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a RPA Support Analyst for an international project in backing sector.
●Point of contact: for UiPath software robots in production environment, assisting end- users with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to RPA processes and tools.
●Monitoring and maintenance: Monitoring RPA processes and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates to optimize performance.
●Documentation and reporting: Documenting support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well as providing regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes to stakeholders.
●Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize RPA processes, as well as collaborating with the development team to implement improvements.
●Training and knowledge sharing: Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders, as well as sharing knowledge and best practices within the RPA support team.
Stakeholder communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
● 2+ years of IT experience on application support;
● Proficient in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar platforms
● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
● Knowledge with programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net);
● Familiarity with Elastic Search and Kibana (PLUS);
● Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control (PLUS);
● UiPath Certifications (PLUS);
●Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts (PLUS);
● Oral and written fluency in English and French (nice to have);
● Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills;
●Adaptability and continuous learning.
