 💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Senior ServiceNow Developer for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents);
• Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes);
• Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades, incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams);
• Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides, admin guide);
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints;
• Organisation of training sessions.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field;
• Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory);
• Experience in Javascript, REST/SOAP, Jelly;
• Mastering of Servicenow Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable);
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
