💻 THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Functional Analyst.

💡 YOUR DAY TO DAY                                             .

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows, and propose improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support project teams during the software development life cycle, including testing and implementation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and validate requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with company goals.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar field;
• More than 4 years of experience in a consultancy environment
• Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the client and development team.
• Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance testing of solutions, and providing support to end users.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions.
•  Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
