 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Program Manager for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Define and manage the global IT Stability Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with the GBM/CTO strategy and Production Excellence goals;
  • Establish a governance model for tracking, prioritizing, and reporting initiatives across all APS domains (Markets, Securities, MFS, etc.);
  • Chair Steering Committees, ensuring stakeholder alignment, timely decisions, and transparent reporting to senior management;
  • Drive initiatives focused on incident reduction, problem management, capacity, performance, and monitoring improvement;
  • Coordinate implementation of stability frameworks (SRE, ITIL4, FinOps, Service Quality Index) across production environments;
  • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to strengthen observability, monitoring, and automation (e.g., Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow, Elastic);
  • Define and track stability KPIs and OKRs, such as MTTR, MTTD, SLA adherence, and recurring incident reduction targets;
  • Implement data-driven dashboards and reporting tools for continuous visibility of stability performance and trend analysis;
  • Coordinate post-incident reviews and ensure systemic remediation is tracked to completion;
  • Infrastructure optimization;
  • Act as the single point of contact for the Stability Program across IT Production, Business Lines, and central governance;
  • Communicate progress, risks, and value delivered to executives, highlighting transformation impact and ROI;
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across support and project teams;
  • Ensure all production stability initiatives are aligned with IT risk management, cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR);
  • Lead proactive risk assessments and stability control reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit recommendations;
  • Support APS managers and engineers in adopting best practices through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing;
  • Lead change management activities to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors;
  • Promote cross-team collaboration and encourage innovation in stability improvement methods.
                      
                                
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field;
  • 8+ years in IT Production/Application Support, with 3+ years in program or project management roles;
  • Certifications (preferred): ITIL v4, PMP / PRINCE2, SRE Foundation, or FinOps Certified Practitioner;
  • Strong understanding of Application Support / IT Production environments;
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps, FinOps, and Incident/Problem/Change Management processes;
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and automation tools (e.g., Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, ELK);
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, RHEL migrations)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
