💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Senior Business Analyst–TAGETIK Administrator for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Responding with responsiveness to users of perimeter applications needs
- Organizing the necessary training for users requests
- Following IT and administrative incidents on user request
- Administering the evolution of reporting tools
- Offering productivity gains
- Guaranteeing the organization of the quality system of the administration and the functional improvement of the IS in collaboration with the other Finance and Risk departments and their managers
- Providing the necessary expertise for the project (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)
- Anticipating the consequences of projects on the reporting processes and tools of the perimeter
- Knowing the users of the reporting tools, the processes, and the Finance IS in general
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- The position is open to all degree or higher education in any of computer science or a related IT field
- Advanced English & intermediate French (oral and written)
- At least 5 years of experience on IT/ Financial project management functions
- Mandatory administration experience on relational databases tools
- Tagetik Functional Administration is a big plus
- Strong experience in project Management
- Knowledge in Business Objects use
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts & processes
- Client focused with high customer care
- Strong team interaction capacity
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous with a high personal commitment
- Good capability of managing stress
- Good listening and questioning ability
