💻 THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Windows 10/11 Engineer.

💡 YOUR DAY TO DAY                                             .

• Manage and support device enrollment processes for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Configure and maintain device and user policies via Group Policy Objects (GPOs), MDM policies, and Configuration Profiles.
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or other scripting tools.
• Monitor system health and generate reports using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and custom reporting solutions.
• Lead Windows 11 engineering efforts, including deployment, upgrade planning, and ongoing management.
• Provide IT technical application deployment services, ensuring smooth rollout and compatibility of applications on Windows devices.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement compliance and endpoint protection strategies.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 device issues and provide technical support across the organization.
• Knowledge of Azure services and their functionalities

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience and knowledge in Azure services;
• Proven experience with device enrollment and policy configuration on Windows 10 and 11 platforms.
• Strong skills in automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and management processes.
• Familiarity with reporting and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Experience in application deployment and support in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune) and traditional Group Policy management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
