💻 THE JOB
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Fee Officer for a national project.



🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Control and recording of invoice content received in the internal system;
• Comparison of invoice data with current contractual conditions, including calculation of fees/commissions and validation of amounts;
• Investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified in invoices;
  Interaction with internal departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, etc.) to resolve outstanding issues;
• Issuance of payments and accounting entries, ensuring compliance with deadlines;
• Monitoring and control of financial discrepancies (Finance breaks).

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
• Proven experience with Microsoft Word;
• Experience with control of invoices content;
• Experience in the recording and maintenance of invoice data;
• Ability to develop and adapt a process;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
