 💻 THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Engineering and IT Support - Lab/Test Engineer for a international remote project. 

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Reporting bug resolution status in GitHub
• Performing lab steps and documenting any technical issues and updating the lab based on UI or service changes and creating new labs or lab steps.

 

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Copilot administration.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) and Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Ability to adapt quickly to frequent UI and feature changes and suggest fixes when needed.
• Technical knowledge of Windows and M365 services, with experience in cross-product integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and validate across Power Platform, Dynamics, Copilot, and M365 environments.
• Experience with GitHub and VS Code for issue tracking and testing.
• Ability to iddentify, document, and suggest fixes for issues related to UI updates, functionality changes, and integrations.
