We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an BDO Risk Production Support for a national project in banking sector.

 

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring service continuity;
• Oversee problem management processes to address root causes;
• Handle change management activities to minimize risk and ensure smooth transitions;
• Prepare and deliver service and performance reports;
• Ensure clear and effective communication during crisis situations.

 

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• ITIL Expert certified;
• Knowledge of Data Flows (MQ, CFT, API);
• Basic Financial knowledge (notions);
• English – Expert (mandatory);
• Portuguese.
