💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Project Manager /Business Data Analyst for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, on time, on quality and on budget;
- Advise, manage, lead projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered on time and with high quality, by pushing peers and teams to deliver;
- Manage, coordinate and implement any new and existing transversal projects;
- Act in leadership capacity for projects, processes, or programs;
- Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, and the management of key stakeholders, represent projects in key stakeholder meetings and report directly to project sponsors;
- Contribute to the definition of the change management strategy within the Loan Solutions business line;
- Support business management and teams with new tools and processes implementation and with new client’s onboardings;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and its methodologies and to the definition of Key Performance Indicators;
- Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and influence peers and teams to apply best practices.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- +5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid knowledge of Power BI Power, Query Power Automate and Power Apps;
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and SQL;
- Experience with ETL, ELT and API;
- Familiarity with Python or similar;
- Knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Fabric;
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
