 💻 THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Operations Manager for a international remote project. 

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Deliver actionable business insights to support strategic decisions across consulting and delivery teams.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as margin, cost, and revenue using scorecards and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to align forecasts, headcount, and budget planning.
• Build and maintain advanced reports using Excel (including pivot tables), Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Source, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems to support decision-making.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders, with compelling visualizations and narratives.

• Present findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders, with compelling visualizations and narratives.

• + 5 years of experience in consulting or operations management environments, someone who has direct contact with complex stakeholders and can drive strategic decisions.
• Advanced Excel: modeling, formulas, pivot tables.
• Power BI: dashboard creation, data integration.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Data Analysis, or relevant fields.
• Certifications in Power BI, Excel, or project management are valued.
• English proficiency
