 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Application Production Support for a national project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY                      

• Provide functional support for the applications;
• Execution of requests from business, development, and other support teams;
• Prioritize, track, and resolve incidents/requests using the Service Now application;
• Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases;
• Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date; 
• Batch Monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Site Handover/follow the Sun;
• Create custom reports based on specific requests;
• Run and troubleshoot queries in business applications;
• Maintain scheduled and automated reports;
• Resolve user access and permission problems;
• Mailbox Management;
• Monitor system performance and run health checks;
• Update and maintain static reference data;
• Perform regular system integrity checks;
• Update and optimize dashboards and visual reports.

                                                      
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in similar roles;                                          
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/ticketing tools
• Experience with GENEOS/monitoring tools
• Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
