 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Application Production for a national project.

🙂 O TEU DIA A DIA

• 100% at the Lisbon office;
• Review and create application support knowledge articles;
• Ensure all production deliverables comply with bank standards and best practices;
• Provide support for production incidents, with strong expertise in batch processing;
• Analyze system logs to identify potential infrastructure and application-related issues;
• Monitor services, configure alerts, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and availability.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Conhecimentos em scripting: UNIX Shell, PowerShell e Python (automatização de tarefas e reinícios de serviços);
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de integração contínua e entrega contínua (CI/CD);
• Experiência prática em administração de servidores Linux e Windows;
• Domínio de tecnologias Middleware;
• Conhecimento sólido em processos batch e Autosys;
• Conhecimentos em práticas ITIL;
• Experiência com PL/SQL;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) - proficiency in French is a plus.
