💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking point, delays on planning;
- Help ensuring end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors;
- Help the team to work autonomously while improving;
- Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles;
- Help organizing and facilitate project events and processes (such as PI planning on a quartely base);
- Help with the organization and project planning according to the priorities.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Experience as a project manager and agile methodologies;
- Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
- IT profile background: ETL knowledge, database knowledge;
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus..
