💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst - Application Support for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Design and write test cases
- Management and tracking of support requests and incidents
- Design and write test cases and manage it's execution
- Communication with stakeholders
- Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or a related field from an engineering school or university
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, insurance, and actuarial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in VBA scripting
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience in software testing
- Familiarity with ITIL 4 framework
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
- Fluency in English and French
