💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Fees Payables Senior Officer for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Takes part in initiatives of processes improvement, like Transformation Projects, Committees, IG mission, and Incidents, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager;
- Point of contact for the different Business stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, Accounting Controls, and others) acting autonomously;
- Active contributor to the team reporting needs, being an end user of reporting tools;
- Provide quick feedback to internal/external sources, and also follow-ups on difficult topics ("escalations"), with the support of the Team Leader;
- Manages added value tasks that have been delegated by the Team leader, like End Of Month requests or Payment Validation;
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with MS Office Pack Microsoft Word;
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written & spoken).
