💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- A RDI business analyst responsibilities revolve around analyzing business needs, identifying problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- It bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects align with business goals
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements from business stakeholders
- Document the needs in a clear and concise manner, using techniques like user stories and use cases
- Help stakeholders prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility
- Translate user requirements into functional specifications
- Implement the functional specifications using a proprietary business rule management system
- Perform tests to ensure that the results are aligned with the user requirements
- Support the business by answering to ad-hoc support requests (extractions and analysis, for example)
- Access rights management
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant professional experience as a business analyst (3 - 5 years of experience)
- Previous banking experience and / or knowledge of credit risk (GRR, RWA, LGD, Probability of default, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) data integration process
- Experience with SQL
- Notions of Python, Git, Confluence, JIRA and Agile methodology
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French (nice to have)
