💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Kofax Developer for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Daily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc)
- Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation
- Analysis and correction of production incidents
- Processing assistance requests from ADOC users
- Analysis and correction of production incidents
- Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams
- The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests
- Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, estimate of loads, design and development, application verification and acceptance support)
- Design and development of changes to the ADOC documentary workflow
- Reporting and monitoring of product bugs with the KOFAX publisher
- Daily reporting for the businesses (stock present in the tool at the end of the day, stock depth, flow processed by the teams) with explanation of the differences
- Modelling of structured documents to improve the RAD / LAD rate
- Analysis of RAD / LAD statistics collected with the INSIGHT component and proposal for areas for improvement
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- KTA and INSIGHT (certification preferred)
- Strong experience with .NET Framework
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Proficiency in SQL scripting for database management and optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and French
