 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Application Support  for a national project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Classify and prioritize incidents and service requests according to SLAs;
• Coordinate incident resolution with internal and technical teams;
• Monitor the full incident lifecycle to ensure timely service restoration;
• Prepare operational reports (daily, incidents, major events);
• Update procedures and maintain the knowledge base.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in incident and request management within IT operations or support environments;
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Experienced with Windows platforms and cloud environments (DMZR), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Dynatrace and Control-M, ensuring high service availability and efficient workflow automation;
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting within relational databases;
• Skilled in automation and CI/CD tools, including Ansible for configuration management and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment;
• Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes, following ITIL best practices;
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of French.
