THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a
Application Support for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Classify and prioritize incidents and service requests according to SLAs;
- Coordinate incident resolution with internal and technical teams;
- Monitor the full incident lifecycle to ensure timely service restoration;
- Prepare operational reports (daily, incidents, major events);
- Update procedures and maintain the knowledge base.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in incident and request management within IT operations or support environments;
- Experienced with Windows platforms and cloud environments (DMZR), including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization;
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Dynatrace and Control-M, ensuring high service availability and efficient workflow automation;
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting within relational databases;
- Skilled in automation and CI/CD tools, including Ansible for configuration management and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment;
- Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes, following ITIL best practices;
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of French.
