THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a
Business Support Analyst for a national project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assist in software installations and configurations;
- Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective and preventive actions;
- Monitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service;
- Participation and management of projects related to business application needs;
- Participate in workshops and follow-ups regarding business activities.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities;
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow;
- Experience with Active Directory;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
- Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) proficiency in French is a plus.
