 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an IT Change Manager for a national project. 


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY 

• Lead the end-to-end Change Management process, including documentation, review, and approvals;
• Chair CAB meetings and assess risks and impacts for all proposed changes;
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth and low-impact implementations;
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with ITIL standards;
• Maintain clear documentation and deliver regular reports on change metrics;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about upcoming changes;
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with ITIL best practices.

                                             
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• ​​​​​​​Strong knowledge of ITIL and SCRUM;
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
• Practical experience working with ServiceNow;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
• Proactive, organized, and strong time-management skills;
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
