 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst / Project Manager for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements;
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts;
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment;
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT and data quality tooling: Power BI, SQL, and basic scripting (Python);
• Structured planning & execution;
• Strong Analytical Ability;
• Ability to understand, explain and support change;
• Ownership & diligence;
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
