💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Private Credit CE – Officer for a project in the banking sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Monitor and track deliverables; define and measure KPIs/KRIs; ensure SLA compliance; coordinate action plans with stakeholders; oversee capacity planning.
- Contribute to risk mitigation by defining and deploying controls; identify and escalate incidents per procedure; manage audit, risk, and control topics; maintain updated local control plans.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive query handling; promote data quality mindset; support client onboarding (including RFP) and service reviews/due diligence; share client feedback and foster client-focused culture.
- Drive business growth by participating in local and global transformation projects (data quality, risk mitigation, efficiency, system implementation, TOM); ensure best practice sharing across teams.
- Promote efficiency and problem-solving culture; share achievements and best practices across teams.
- Define team objectives and personal development plans; assign training; provide continuous feedback; ensure succession planning for key roles.
- Contribute to recruitment strategy; define key skills and responsibilities; monitor profile alignment; ensure training plans and objectives are implemented.
- Foster a collaborative approach across platforms and legacy locations.
- Ensure procedures are followed, reviewed, and updated; guarantee timely completion of mandatory training.
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or Accounting (3–5 years of academic background).
- 5–7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Fluency in English.
