💻 THE ROLEWe are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Senior Outsystems Developer.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Contribute to the architecture of scalable and future-proof BPM solutions.
- Integrate multiple internal systems, including:
- Customer administration systems
- CRM platforms
- Digital channels
- Output management systems
- Collaborate within international Agile DevOps teams.
- Drive best practices in development, architecture, and integration.
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their technical growth.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with OutSystems.
- Proven experience in:
- Designing scalable and maintainable architectures
- Working in complex IT environments
- API integrations and system interoperability
- Light Business Process Technologies (BPT)
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues.
- Strong analytical mindset with a critical and constructive approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Background or strong interest in financial services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
