💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a TAGETIK Senior Business Analyst for a project in the banking sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Participate in the proper operational functioning of the Squad Management, Controlling, and particularly the TAGETIK scope
- Respond promptly to users’ needs regarding perimeter applications
- Organize necessary training based on user requests
- Follow up on IT and administrative incidents raised by users
- Administer the evolution of reporting tools
- Offer productivity improvements
- Guarantee the organization of the quality system and functional improvement of the IS in collaboration with other Finance and Risk departments and their managers
- Provide necessary expertise for projects (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)
- Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting processes and tools within the perimeter
- Know the users of reporting tools, processes, and the Finance IS in general
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of experience on IT/ Financial project management functions
- Degree or higher education in Computer Science or a related IT field
- Mandatory administration experience on relational databases tools
- Tagetik Functional Administration is a big plus
- Strong experience in project Management
- Knowledge in Business Objects use
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts & processes
- Client focused with high customer care
- Advanced English & intermediate French (oral and written)
- Ability to travel within of Portugal
- Ability to travel outside of Portugal
- Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances (oncalls…)
