💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator for a project in the banking sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Actively contribute to service operations and quarterly closings
- Create and manage the data entry environment
- Set up and maintain the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions)
- Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, data access groups)
- Provide basic support to application users (credential management, resolving blocking controls)
- Ensure accurate data transfer between the consolidation tool and other company systems (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee data quality
- Monitor the application through the administration console
- Participate in the implementation of process improvements
- Update and enrich existing technical documentation and create new documents
- Apply expertise to improve and enrich the data model to meet user requirements
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–4 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Financial and accounting knowledge
- Interest in information systems
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Knowledge and interest in data modelling and database architecture
- Basic consolidation knowledge
- Basic understanding of IFRS standards and EPM tools (SAP FC or similar, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik)
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku)
- Ability to travel within Portugal
- Ability to travel outside Portugal
- Ability to work remotely
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances (on-call situations)
- English at B2 level (mandatory; C1 if you do not speak French)
- French at B2 level (ideal; B1 acceptable if willing to learn)
