SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator

 💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator for a project in the banking sector.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Actively contribute to service operations and quarterly closings
  • Create and manage the data entry environment
  • Set up and maintain the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions)
  • Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, data access groups)
  • Provide basic support to application users (credential management, resolving blocking controls)
  • Ensure accurate data transfer between the consolidation tool and other company systems (ERPs, data warehouses) and guarantee data quality
  • Monitor the application through the administration console
  • Participate in the implementation of process improvements
  • Update and enrich existing technical documentation and create new documents
  • Apply expertise to improve and enrich the data model to meet user requirements

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Financial and accounting knowledge
  • Interest in information systems
  • Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation application (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Knowledge and interest in data modelling and database architecture
  • Basic consolidation knowledge
  • Basic understanding of IFRS standards and EPM tools (SAP FC or similar, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Tagetik)
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku)
  • Ability to travel within Portugal
  • Ability to travel outside Portugal
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances (on-call situations)
  • English at B2 level (mandatory; C1 if you do not speak French)
  • French at B2 level (ideal; B1 acceptable if willing to learn)
