 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Senior Machine Learning Officer for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Identifying use cases, leading workshops, and designing scalable solutions to accelerate client innovation and efficiency gains;
• Facilitating collaboration, communication, and coordination among the various project stakeholders to best understand their operational and strategic needs;
• Ensuring that the needs are translated into requirements and into a clear, realistic roadmap accepted by all stakeholders;
• Designing and delivering data analysis (ashoc or full pipeline leveraging on ETL tools, SQL and/or Python); 
• Contributing to disseminating a culture of data driven solutions within CIB and Tracking and reporting on projects using appropriate tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Ability to explain the results of a model and the different elements impacting it;
• Statistical and quantitative analysis skills (e.g. machine learning models, statistical models, Bayesian statistics, probability theory, time series analysis, …);
• Knowledge of at least one ML development stack (e.g. scikit-learn, keras, …);
• Knowledge of NLP techniques;
• Effective Programming skills (e.g. Python, R, Java, Go) and algorithmic knowledge;
• Knowledge of databases and associated tools (SQL and NoSQL);
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (pref. Jenkins, Git);
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow,…);
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies;
• Experience on Data, Analytics and AI;
• Knowledge of banking industry best practices in corporate governance;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) - C1/C2.
