💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst for a project in the banking sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Participate in the proper operational functioning of the squad, particularly within the integration flux scope
- Respond with responsiveness to the needs of users of perimeter applications
- Organize the necessary training based on users’ requests
- Follow IT and administrative incidents reported by users
- Monitor the accounting flows within the squad scope
- Administer the evolution of reporting tools
- Propose and implement productivity gains
- Guarantee the organization of the quality system of the administration and ensure functional improvements, in collaboration with other Finance and Risk departments and their managers
- Provide the necessary expertise for projects (analysis, acceptance, training, etc.)
- Anticipate the impacts of projects on reporting processes and tools within the perimeter
- Maintain strong knowledge of users, reporting tools, processes, and the information system overall
- The position is open to all degrees or higher education in any of computer science or a related IT field
- At least 3 years of experience on IT/ Financial project management functions
- Mandatory administration experience on relational databases tools
- Strong experience in Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts & processes
- Client focused with high customer care
- Advanced French & intermediate English (oral and written)
- Ability to travel within the Portugal
- Ability to travel outside of Portugal
- Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
- Hybrid mode (2 days per week at the office – subject to evolution)
