 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst Expert for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Business Representation: Serve as the voice of Finance within the Squad, ensuring priorities reflect business objectives;
• Analysis & Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and conversion improvements;
• User Story Contribution: Draft and validate business components of user stories;
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute UAT test cases aligned with acceptance criteria; report bugs and inconsistencies;
• Business Case Development: Build cases to support prioritization of features and OPUS investments;
• Change Management: Support initiatives impacting business processes and ensure smooth adoption;
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the point of contact for partners during integrations;
• Mandatory Training: Complete and enforce compliance with required training for the team;
• Ad-hoc Activities: Perform additional tasks necessary for Tribe objectives.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Deep Understanding of Financial Processes and Products;
• Data-Driven Decision Making;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and SQL;
• Comfortable using management information systems and ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics Navision);
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Ability to specify business requirements for data and analytics projects;
• Skilled at translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams;
• Strong communication skills and Stakeholder Management;
• Understanding of risk mapping, incident reporting, and the impact of operational risks on financial outcomes;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
