💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Senior Business Analyst for a project in the banking sector.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Meet with different stakeholders, identify the needs, build User Stories, propose and develop solutions to the users, contributing to the validation of product with end users
- Understand the concepts of Finance, Risk and Reporting projects under scope, be agile and resilient
- Investigate and resolve issues in the short term (workaround / setting up procedure) and longer term (participate to the definition of proper fix)
- Monitor Monthly/Quarter Closing treatment progress, react and follow-up the stakeholders’ requests and questions
- On-call duty (when needed) on weekends, nights
- Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics
- Relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in Financial/Reporting Industry (3 – 5 years)
- Previous experience with SQL, Python, and Excel
- Good overall IT knowledge
- Knowledge of Banking/ Finance industry
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in French is a plus
