Application Support Specialist

 💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support Specialist for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Create and manage user accounts across different SAP systems, following predefined group standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Grant and maintain SAP authorizations to end users based on role definition.
  • Perform internal controls related to user accounts (access to critical transactions, inactivity)
  • Execute regular data cleansings on users’ access and profiles
  • Guarantee the segregation of duties and execute risk analysis for users’ accounts
  • Act as a connection point between SAP Global authorizations team and business areas
  • Receive, analyze and classify incidents and service requests based on a priority matrix
  • Execute troubleshooting and provide the first level of support to users
  • Ensure ticket governance by following up and prioritizing the issues
  • Support on year-end activities
  • Act as a connection point between users and technical teams
  • Participate in SAP update projects and coordinate UAT’s
  • SAP functional monitoring: daily interfaces and job execution monitoring in SAP rerouting the issues if applicable
  • Define monthly schedule for jobs and interfaces
  • Job definition and requests for scheduling
  • Guarantee job integrity and variant updates
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance
  • Background in accounting is a plus
  • At least 2 years of SAP knowledge
  • Good understanding of finance process
  • Experience in process writing and review
  • Good capacity to connect to SAP basis area and quickly understand its terms
  • Curious and with a problem-solving attitude
  • Rigorous, organized and methodic
  • Proactive and results oriented
  • Ability to cooperate, adapt and act as a team player
  • Strong communications skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment
