💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an AI Data Scientist.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribute to the development of intelligent virtual assistants by combining large language models with real-time voice interaction;
• Design and implement end-to-end conversational AI pipelines, covering speech recognition, natural language understanding, LLM-based reasoning, response generation, and text-to-speech;
• Enhance LLM performance in conversational scenarios through prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and multi-turn context management;
• Architect low-latency inference systems to enable fast, fluid, and natural voice conversations;
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess conversation quality, coherence, accuracy, and overall user satisfaction;
• Integrate multimodal capabilities, allowing the assistant to seamlessly handle both voice and text inputs and outputs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with large language models (such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques;
• Solid understanding of conversational AI architectures, including dialogue systems and natural language understanding;
• Experience deploying and optimizing models in production environments, with a focus on latency reduction, scalability, and cost efficiency
