By leading projects for an international Axians customer, you can make your mark in the IT world.

💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a BDO Risk Production Support for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Lead and coordinate the full incident lifecycle, ensuring quick resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Support root-cause analysis and help track recurring issues to prevent future incidents
- Execute and monitor change processes, ensuring proper assessment, testing, and controlled implementation
- Contribute to operational reporting by collecting data, updating dashboards, and supporting KPI tracking
- Provide timely and accurate communication during major incidents, ensuring consistent updates to all stakeholders
- Strong command of ITIL best practices, ensuring efficient service operations and continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of data transfer mechanisms and integration flows using MQ, CFT, and APIs
- Foundational knowledge of financial concepts to support analysis and communication with business stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
