 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all IT Production-related tasks and enquiries, providing support and guidance to end-users, Developers, and Business Analysts;
• Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes;
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation;
• Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production tests, and ensure successful implementation, while also maintaining the necessary knowledge to handle IT Production support needs;
• Communication and Availability: Manage communication with internal clients, guarantee on-call availability during required time windows (if applicable), and provide timely updates to ensure seamless IT Production support and collaboration with stakeholders.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience of SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, Sybase);
• Knowledge of OS (Windows / Windows Server, Linux / RHEL, UNIX / AIX);
• Experience with File Transfer (CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP, PeSIT);
• Experience with Automation + Monitoring (Batch, Autosys, DevOps / SecDevOps, Jenkings, Control-M, Ansible, Dynatrace);
• ITIL Certification, is a nice to have;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in French is a plus.
