 💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Project Manager (AI) for a national project.


🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Develop & keep an end-to‑end AI implementation roadmap (phases, milestones, dependencies);
• Coordinate design, build, test, UAT and UI integration of AI solutions;
• Deliver release packages to Production with full QA sign‑off;
• Run day‑to‑day project operations: task allocation, issue & risk logs, change‑request handling, and keep all artefacts current;
• Control programme budget & resource plan;
• Produce a monthly budget vs. actual financial dashboard and forecast future spend;
• Lead governance & sponsorship: set up steering‑committee structures, facilitate meetings (agenda, minutes, decisions, action owners) and keep senior sponsors updated via executive briefings.

                 
                                     
💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Project‑planning tools: MS‑Project and Smartsheet (schedule creation, critical‑path tracking);
• AI/LLM fundamentals: understanding of machine‑learning pipelines, data‑quality concepts, and ability to ask the right technical questions;
• Solution‑delivery knowledge: API design, logic testing, UAT processes, UI integration, and release‑package management;
• Financial & KPI tracking: budgeting, variance analysis, monthly financial dashboards, KPI definition and post‑implementation performance reporting;
• Strong business‑level reading comprehension of technical specifications and governance charters;
• Effective listening skills to capture stakeholder needs across regions;
• Domain expertise: Market‑operations processes (trade capture, settlement, valuation, client‑service workflows, FX‑OTC, P&L) to identify automation opportunities;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
