 💻 THE ROLE 

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Licensing Operation Specialist for a international remote project. 
 

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Analysis and preparation of licensing proposals.
• Escalation of approval requests and resolution of issues related to deals or exceptions.
• Preparation and delivery of materials on licensing programs and pricing models.
• Development of business health reports (Enterprise Agreements, recapture, cloud mix).
• Definition and negotiation of commercial terms in collaboration with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Preparation of detailed pricing and documentation required for deal formalization.
• Management of discounting or changes to contractual terms, ensuring internal approvals.
• Coordination of stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
• Leadership of the internal sales process, ensuring the right level of investment and customization.
• Assurance of new and/or on-time revenue by overseeing the entire deal lifecycle: negotiation → processing → invoicing.

 

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales operations experience is desirable.
• Training in sales processes, partner management, and sales methodologies is an advantage.
• Fluent English at a professional level is essential.
• Strong project management capabilities: identifying needs, crafting solutions, and driving results.
• Demonstrated planning skills in complex environments; ability to manage multiple priorities and re‑prioritize when needed.
