By leading projects for an international Axians customer, you can make your mark in the IT world.

💻 THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Support (ALMT) for an international project.
🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assist Front Office and Middle Office users (our clients) in their day‑to‑day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and operational problems encountered during the day
- Perform the first level of incident investigation
- Act as single point of contact for any users related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues
- Understand business issues and business impacts
- Continuous training on Business knowledge to keep service level on top
- Proven experience with SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase
- Knowledge in Investment finance (eg, Derivatives, Money Market products)
- Familiarity with Kibana and Grafana
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
- Fluency in English and French
